*Warning: spoilers* Addicting, simple game with hours of gameplay
For its very low price, Space Hack is a huge, huge game. It is a Diablo Clone but I don't mind that. I like mindless hack and slash games.

The story is a bit lame and cliché. Aliens have taken over the planets in the galaxy of men and you must kill them all, let no one live. You must also search for already dead colonist and solve a Scooby Doo betrayal investigation within the base.

Space Hack has nice graphics for the 2005 era and the music gives is a dark atmosphere.

You have your health bar and mana (energy) bar, just like in Diablo but the main difference here is that the energy is both currency and ammo for your ranged weapons. This is a cool design in my opinion.

Game play wise, you just hack and slash your way trough repetitive levels. I like the enemy counter that is displayed at every level to let you know how many poor aliens needs a good slaying.

There are some downsides to the game however. It is very unstable and crashes frequently. It also has a terrible frame rate.

Buying stuff from vendors is useless because you can always find better loot on the field of battle. The biggest problem is melee. It is suicide. Don’t do it, use your energy pistol and you will make it. For this reason and flaw, I can understand that not everyone is going to like this game, but for me, it made no difference.

The ending of this game holds my personal record for the worst ending ever.

But in conclusion, I recommend the game, it is very cheap, and for the price, you get a lot for it. Despite the technical issues, I really enjoyed playing this game. Just clear your mind and kill some monsters.
