Sentimental Graffiti (1998)
A dating simulation game where the protagonist, who moved a lot when he was young, receives a mysterious letter that simply reads "I want to meet you". In order to find the sender, he decides to visits his previous home towns to meet with twelves different girls that might have written the letter.
