+Mania mode allows you to play as Sonic (and Tails), Tails and Knuckles. Encore mode allows you to play as Sonic alongside Mighty or Ray.

+Replay stages again once you finish the game (either mode)
+Online Competitive and Time Attack mode
+Great animation improvement to the oldschool formula
