A Worthy Decent Successor
Overload is a wonderful Descent successor. Created by half of the prior developers, it captured the spirit of this franchise from the ''90s. The level design is quite nice but gets fairly repetitive during the mid-campaign. The upgrade system and new weapons/missiles separate it from the original. My only complaint is the robot design lacks the diversity of the first 3 games.
