Pros
+More than 45 playable characters
+Arcade mode with six different sub-modes with their own number of fights and mini games
+Story mode includes character stories for each of the 45+ characters and a 2-3 hour cinematic story mode with cutscenes
+A lot of online options and challenges which give great replay value
+Lots of customization options for characters costumes and UI.

Cons
-Sometimes connecting to the online fails and requires re-connecting if you want fight money and scores to be saved
-Game plays in 50 FPS in 1080p and only plays 60 FPS if you play in 1440p or higher resolution
-DLC is costly and a lot of the costumes require payment to get access to if you do not want to fight online for fight money
-Fight money can only be obtained in character stories and online
