Pros
+Great story and character interactions
+Ability to have your own customized character
+Choice of casual mode for beginners of the series and hardcore mode for veteran players
+New Game+ and there are two different endings
+A lot of side quests which feature additional characters
+Marriage and Children system newly introduced to the series gives more length to the overall game
+A lot of downloadable content both free and non-free
+Features characters, cameos, etc from previous Fire Emblem games

Cons
-Some characters are limited to few choices in marriage compared to others
-A lot of the DLC content is expensive especially for the content which is offered in some of the packs

OVERALL
Pros:
+Beautiful art
+Stunning animation
+The voice acting was really well-done for a Japanese-to-English dub?? honestly I like it better than the original
+The decision to not voice-act all the lines this time was smart because I wasn't distracted by weirdly translated awkward high notes
+The characters were fun and interesting, a difficult thing to accomplish when most are archetypes
+Game was done in a way where you didn't really need to grind (but I did anyway because... I must be the best)
+The battling format was easy to understand after a few rounds of playing with it
+DLC had its ups and downs but for the most part it was amazing
+The story ended in a way that was fulfilling to someone who spent 100+ hours playing it

Cons:
+Occasionally the supports seemed a bit awkward but I suppose that kind of thing must happen when you're trying to pair up two people who don't really have any chemistry
+The difficulty curve at the beginning was ridiculous--I could barely get through the first few chapters and then things got super easy
+The story did seem a bit... simple compared to other more complex Fire Emblem games
+One arc in the middle seemed like a waste of time (I did enjoy it but I admit that I was like ?why are we doing this? after a while)
+Occasional fan service that pisses me off
+SUMIA WAS NOT HANDLED WELL
