Pros
+Arcade Mode and Story Mode have their own storyline and progression
+Story Mode has multiple paths depending on which choice you choose which leads to different endings
+Story mode much more longer and detailed than the previous game
+Inlcudes the first game's story in its own special section in story mode selection screen
+Great diversity of characters in design, personalities and fighting styles which mesh well with the story
+Gallery Mode allows you to see cutscenes, artwork and even listen to music
+A lot of new game modes which improve length and replay value
+Well drawn character sprites and the stages are well made in design
+Great OST that meshes well with the characters
+Online MP added

Cons
-Lack of Steam cloud save file support, only saves leaderboard stats
